Change in land use:

• Residential to commercial.

Approval of Plans from relevant authorities:

• Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA).
• Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).

Valuation of property from chartered engineers:

• For the purpose of obtaining loans.
